POLICY & PROCESS

Process your return item(s) quickly and easily with our Return Portal. Our Return Portal is open for processing to all 10nineteen Ltd. Co. customers. Customers will be able to process all returns via our Return Portal. 

We have a 30-day return policy. Customers will have 30 days from the date of order to return your item(s). All returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the date your item(s) are delivered/returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via our Return Portal will not be accepted. All returned items are refunded via a 10nineteen Ltd. Co. store credit in the form of a E-Gift Card. Our E-Gift Cards never expire! To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, have all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. 
  • Items must be unworn, not soiled, not damaged and unwashed.
  • 10nineteen Ltd. Co. is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit for delivery. 
  • Incorrect, defective, and/or damaged items must be reported to 10nineteen Ltd. Co. within 7 days of delivery.
  • All returns must include a return invoice from our Return Portal indicating all items that are being returned to us. Failure to include a correctly filled out invoice with your return may cause delays in processing your return. 
  • Customers should retain your receipt/proof of purchase and return tracking information when shipping items back to us for return.

* 10nineteen Ltd. Co. inspects all returned items for signs of wear and/or smoke. In the event the item(s) returned does not match the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the customer will not receive a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items to 10nineteen Ltd. Co. Customers are able to process return item(s) on our Return Portal. The associated shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of returns shipping. Return drop-offs are not accepted at our SC or corporate office locations. Customers can always contact us for any return question at returns@the10nineteen.com. 

Return Instructions:

  1. Have your order number ready.
  2. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
  3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have the label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
  4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
  5. Look for updates, as we'll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
  6. We'll deduct $8 from your refund to cover shipping costs, unless we made an error.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Customers can return your item(s) by mail to us in accordance with our Return Policy. Customers can utilize our online Return Portal to process a return as well as visit our online store to repurchase any available item(s) on our website.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock; we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. 

Final Sale Items 

The following items are considered “Final Sale” or non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit nor a refund: 

  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Sale Items
  • Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items) 
  • Gift Cards 
  • Any item priced $25 & under 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

10nineteen Ltd. Co. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing item.
  • Return items that were sent to our Distribution Center (these items will be discarded upon receipt).
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse service online and in-store to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

HOW REFUNDS WORK

10nineteen Ltd. Co. issues refunds to the original form of payment that was used on an order in the event that your order:

  • One or more of your purchased items sold out since your order was processed by 10nineteen Ltd. Co.
  • Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Incorrect, defective, and/or damaged items must be reported to 10nineteen Ltd. Co. within 7 days of delivery. You have 30 days from the date of order to return your item(s).
  • Is canceled by 10nineteen Ltd. Co. (see also Reserved Rights Regarding Returns)

If a 10nineteen Ltd. Co. E-Gift Card was used to purchase your item(s),  your returned funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately. 10nineteen Ltd. Co. E-Gift Cards do not expire. They can be used like cash when utilizing at our online store.

10nineteen Ltd. Co. will take approximately 3-5 business days to process and clear your returned funds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form(s) of payment.

Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

FAQ's

Partial Refund after placing my order. What is this for? 

One or more of your ordered items may have sold out since your order was processed. 

What if I used a Gift Card to pay for all or part of my order and it included out of stock item(s)?

The amount that will be refunded will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.

Do 10nineteen Ltd. Co. E-Gift Cards expire?

Our E-Gift Cards never expire! They can be utilized and treated like cash on our online store.
